The development comprises 8 towers of 37-storeys and 3 towers of 38-storeys, providing 4,100 residential units. Besides, there are 1 kindergarten, a 6-storey car park with 513 spaces, a 2-storey shopping arcade with one 24 hours footbridge linking to Tin Heng Estate and Tin Chak Estate. All residential units and car parking spaces were sold to the Housing Authority after completion.
