The works include land formation and construction of the Central-Wan Chai Bypass at Wan Chai East, reprovisioning of existing waterfront facilities including submarine sewage outfall pipelines, ferry piers, cooling water pumping systems and salt water pumping station, construction of stormwater box culvert, construction of a permanent government helipad and associated facilities, and reprovisioning of a public toilet next to the Golden Bauhinia Square.
