Comprise the alteration, additions, maintenance and repair of conversion, replacement, refurbishment, reinstatement, improvement, minor 51 and any other works or services to Aided Schools, 45 and Lands and other Properties for which the Education Bureau is responsbile during the course of this Contract inside the Designated Contract Area of the Contract Area as shown on the Contract Drawing
