The works include the construction of an open space at Kwai Chung Park comprising a landscaped garden with amenity lawn area and sitting-out facilities, a jogging track, a quali-walk trail, a pet garden, a performance plaza with an observation deck, ancillary facilities including toilets, stores, management office together with drainage and external works.
