The Works involve the construction of a 440m long promenade with site area of about 1.34 hectares. It comprises a landscaped garden, rain shelters and pavilions, feature play and fitness equipment, water play area, observation deck and other ancillary facilities. Building services works (Electrical/ FS/ AC/ Plumbing/ Burglar Alarm/ Fountain) to be carried out by nominated subcontractor (NSC).
