Harmony Community Programme
The Harmony Community Programme (“HCP”) was launched in 2014 with an aim to encourage our staff in construction sites in the 18 districts in Hong Kong to regularly organize voluntary activities, including voluntary visit, caring bags give-out, workshops, etc, to support the community in various forms to build closer ties.
Annual NGO Partnership Programme
Through collaborating with various charity organizations , we organize voluntary activities to help disadvantaged, minorities, and promote social inclusion. Every year, the Company launches partnership programmes with different types of non-governmental organizations to serve elderlies, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, visually impaired students, SEN children, low-income families, and so on. Organizations that have worked with in the past include “St. James’ Settlement”, “Wheel For Oneness”, “Community CareAge Foundation”, “Senior Citizen Home Safety Association”, “Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired”, and so on.

We collaborated with CoCreative Partners Community Services on the "Repairs Givers" volunteer program, which aims to improve the elderly’s living conditions and home safety by providing them with modest home repairs while also demonstrating care and support.

Jointly organized with St. James’ Settlement, the “D.R.E.A.M. Your Dream Program” promotes the concept of “Positive Education” by providing workshops and experiential activities to primary students, in order to nurture students’ positive characters, raise their resilience, and build a positive attitude towards life.

We collaborated with “Wheel For Oneness” on the “Chun Wo x WFO: Social Integration of Able-bodied and Disabled Persons Programme” to foster integration between the disabled and able-bodied via a series of activities, so as to enhance staffs’ understanding of the disabled and raise their awareness of caring for disadvantaged people.

We collaborated with Community CareAge Foundation and Senior Citizen Home Safety Association to foster cordial transgenerational relations and enhance the living quality of the elderly in the community. Love, care and warm greetings were conveyed to the elderly through a series of activities, including Elderly Vision Inspection Service, Caring Call Service and Visits.

We collaborated with Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired on the “Light You Up” programme, allowing employees to deepen their understanding of the difficulties faced by the visually impaired through various experiential activities, such as “Experience the Darkness” and Team Building Workshop, to promote the integration of able-bodied and disabled persons and bringing harmony to the community.

Co-organized “Together, We Build a Better Future” programme with WEDO GLOBAL to organize cultural exchange and support programmes for ethnic minorities in Hong Kong, so as to foster an international perspective and enhance the acceptance of ethnic minority culture in the local community. Apart from organizing cultural sharing activities, internship opportunities were also provided for ethnic minorities.
