Chun Wo was founded in 1968, initially operated primarily construction business. In 1993, it was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the name “Chun Wo Holdings Company Limited” (stock code: 00711.HK) and its business has since been expanded to include construction, property development and property management. And, in November 2007, to better reflect its dedication to developing a more diversified business, the Company changed its name to “Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited”.
In 2014, the Group brought in a major strategic shareholder, China New Way Investment Limited (“China New Way”), to strengthen its financial clout and its network and resources in Mainland China. The Pang family remains as one of the key shareholders of the Group and continues to draw from its members’ excellent corporate management experience in leading the Group, in accord with the Group’s "Entering China, and Going Global" integrated business strategy, pushing forward with expanding its business in the mainland and overseas.
In October 2016, the Group changed its listed company name to “Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited” ("Asia Allied Inf") (stock code: 00711.HK) to present a more vivid corporate image and more accurately mirror its long-term strategic aspirations.
With the Group actively exploring various forms of development opportunities to boost business growth and profitability, Chun Wo has firm roots in Hong Kong and will serve as a major branch of the Group and focus on developing business in the city.
