Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is an innovative construction method that improves construction efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability. The Anderson Primary School Project, undertaken by Chun Wo Construction, adopted a hybrid MiC system, which combines the concrete MiC systems with traditional on-site bar-bending and formworking systems. Chun Wo project team also uses BIM (Building Information Modeling) to thoroughly review the design in advance, eliminating component clashes to ensure a smooth and safe installation process.
