Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environmental issues as well as scheduling requirements of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized in Hong Kong in Civil Engineering discipline. 
• With at least 8 years’ post qualification experience in construction contracts
• All rounded exposure in Building projects. 
• Sound management and interpersonal skills. 
• Conversant in MiC & BIM application will be advantage. 
• Good understand of the Building Department's regulations is a must. 
• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management and prevention.
