Site Agent (Civil Work)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction projects including progress, quality and cost control, and customer relations
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for progress of works
- Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are adequate to meet the requirement of master programme
- Prepare programmes, manpower, materials and plant schedules
- Ensure programmes are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned
- Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
Requirements
- The Site Agent / Sub-Site Agent must be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Engineering Discipline) or other equivalent
- It must have a minimum of 12 years post professional qualification experience in construction contract among
- which at least 6 years should be as a main contractor’s Site Agent
- And a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as Construction Manager or Site Agent in the use of NEC contracts or be accredited Project Manager on site with overall responsibilities for infrastructural works.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
