Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Assisting Project Manager to handle projects.
- Management issue like cashflow, progress monitoring, contractual, commercial, planning and safety issues.
- Responsible for leading engineering team and design consultant to prepare method statements and temporary work designs to support operation.
- Assist tendering works.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
- MHKIE or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience gained from a main contractor with on-site experience.
- All rounded exposure in civil projects.
- Sound management and interpersonal skills.
- Conversant in BIM application will be advantage.
- Experience on planning works with planning software such as P6 is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in construction technique.
