Assistant Project Manager (E&M)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall progress planning, design, work progress, quality & site safety, and cost control of E&M projects;
- Prepare tender and technical submission.
- Lead staff member on preparing works method statements and tender submission.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services or related disciplines;
- Member of HKIE or equivalent is preferable;
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in E&M contracting/subcontracting firm;
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Electrical Installation for Housing Authority projects;
- At least 1 year of proven post qualification at supervisory level on electrical installations in buildings with Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical or BS Discipline) under the Engineers Registrations Ordinance is preferred;
- Attained the mandatory safety training qualification for site management staff (nominal course duration 27 hours) provided by the CIC or Occupational Safety & Health Council or equivalent training;
- Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be a definite advantage;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Conversant in BIM application will be advantage;
- Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management;
- Good command of English and Chinese
