Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of Consultants and Contractors on site.
- Co-ordinate with internal Divisions and relevant parties in time control and quality control of assigned projects.
- Supervise and lead site teams consisting of staffs in the architectural, structural and building services disciplines.
- Monitor progress of site works of assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate objectives in site management policies/procedures and quality standards of assigned projects.
- Make appropriate recommendations as and when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering / Building Technology / Construction Management
- 10+ years' experience in medium to large scale residential and commercial building construction with at least 3 years in managerial grade
- Working experience in General Contractor as Assistant Construction Manager or Assistant Project Manager is required
- Authorized Signatory is preferred
- Familiar with building ordinance, building contract, construction planning and cost control
- Hands-on skills on Microsoft Excel & Project
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
