The Works comprise the following items:(i) Receiving and handling of fill material from public;(ii) Transporting public fill to TaiShan for reclamation;(iii) Seawall design for reclamation;(iv) Construction of crushing plants; and(v) Associated safety and environmental mitigation measures, monitoring and audit programme for the works.
