根據合約要求，工程項目包括根據合約規定，就路軌工程、架空電纜系統、排水及附屬工程進行設計、生產、供應、交付、安裝、測試、試行，並進行綜合測試。路軌工程包括八鄉車廠內約七公里全新軌道的建造、供應、交付、安裝、測試及試行
