集团子公司俊和地产发展伙拍益兆兴业有限公司以2.328亿元成功于2014年5月投得屯门井财街商住用地。是次发展以合资形式，俊和所占权益为60%，并负责整个项目发展之管理、设计、建筑、销售及物业管理服务，发挥其一条龙模式的项目发展策略。

项目位于屯门第四区井财街，地块面积约 23,700平方呎(2,202平方米)，已兴建一幢商住综合发展项目，总建筑面积约 148,000平方呎(13,750平方米)，其中包括卖地条款规定提供之长者宿舍及日间护理中心。

项目已于2017年6月转售予其他集团及于2019年完成及交付给该集团。
