俊和发展集团于2000年再次投资发展私人机构参建居者有其屋计划，兴建天水围“俊宏轩”，为当时最大型的居屋项目。此发展项目由8幢37层、3幢38层楼住宅群组成，提供4,100个住宅单位。屋苑附设两层购物商场及6层停车场，提供513个车位，1间幼稚园及1条行人天桥通可24小时通往天恒邨及天泽邨。自屋苑落成后，全部住宅单位及车位均已售予房屋委员会
