What We Construct

Chun Wo was established in 1968 and focused in the construction of buildings for provate sector. Since then the Group expanded its horizon beyond private sector to wider range of buildings for the public sector.

The types of building works the Group undertakes include government and institutional buildings, office, residential and industrial buildings, hospitals, schools, fire stations, sports complexes and markets.

Our representative works include the construction of Grand View Garden with 2,230 residential units, Grandeur Terrance which is the largest Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS) project with 4,100 residential units. With the extensive use of precast construction, it attracted much attention from many developers and business counterparts.
