The works include (a) stormwater storage scheme at the open space of Tsim Sha Tsui East including an underground storage tank, a pump house and associated pipeworks and electrical & mechanical works; (b) drainage works in nearby roads including Chatham Road South, Kimberley Road, Observatory Road, Granville Road, Cameron Road and Granville Square; and (c) ancillary works including reinstatement of the open space and associated facilities.
