Construction of a 7-storey primary school block including but not limited to 30
classrooms, 6 special rooms, 4 small group teaching rooms, a guidance activity
room, 2 interview rooms, a staff common room, a staff room, a conference rooms,
a student activities centre, a library, an assembly hall, a multi-purpose area and
other ancillary facilities including foundations, building service works, water
drainage systems and et cetera.
