Construction of a 6-storey square shape primary school block using the MiC method, including but not limited to 30 classrooms, six special rooms, four small group teaching rooms, a guidance activity room, two interview rooms, a staff room and a staff common room, a student activity centre, a conference room, library, an assembly hall, multipurpose areas, a basketball court, a jogging track, a connection link bridge to On Sau Road and ancillary facilities including foundations, water drainage systems, building service works, etc.
