1) Construction of temporary steel platform at P1-P4, demolition of existing escalator roof, erection of structural steel, skylight new floor decking and 51 works at new concourse.
2) Construction of new SCR and CuC, Audit / Tim Room, New Public Toilets, New Police Office, Cleaner Room & Store, New Station Master Room and reconfiguration of Back of House at South Concourse
3) Renovate existing concourse floor, wall and ceiling finishes with new materials
