- Refurbishment and conversion of 4 medical complexes at Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital. It comprises but not limited to:
- Refurbishment of the inpatient ward, associated Chiller, Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Services, medical gas installation and ancillary facilities.
- Refurbishment and expansion of the Out-Patient Department
- Refurbishment works at external area
- Construction of covered link bridge between 2 medical complexes
- Construction of a new lift tower and additional modification works to existing lift
- Construction of new covered walkway along 3 medical complexes
- Mini piling foundation works with associated excavation and lateral support works
