The Works comprise the following items:
(i) Receiving and handling of fill material from public;
(ii) Transporting public fill to TaiShan for reclamation;
(iii) Seawall design for reclamation;
(iv) Construction of crushing plants; and
(v) Associated safety and environmental mitigation measures, monitoring and audit programme for the works.
