i) The Works comprise superstructure works, pile caps on newly done footing, walls, columns and slab for four three-storey high villas built on one-storey high basement car park and the outdoor swimming pool.
ii) Retaining Wall and Roadwork.
iii) Apply Waterproofing System on Roof Area
iv) Carry out and coordinate with NSC’s work and specialist works, including preparation and submission drawings for completing the works
v) Carry out mock-up samples
vi) All testing in connection with requirements
vii) Installation of Block Wall / Panel Wall Partition and Plaster
viii) Installation of Door, Metalwork and Ironmongery
ix) Installation of New MVAC and Electrical Works 
x) Apply Waterproofing System on Kitchen and Toilet
