In 2000, Chun Wo acquired City Professional Management Ltd (CPML), which was established in 1986, in order to strengthen the Group's capability in property management.

CPML has obtained a Security & Escort Service license issued by the Government and is a registered service contractor of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. It is also a full member of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies.

CPML is currently managing Grandeur Terrace and its shopping malls, and other private properties such as Holford Gardens , Beverly Court and La Salle Primary School. Its future plans include actively seeking more public housing management contracts through tendering, such as HOS projects, Housing Authority shopping malls and car parks etc.

La Salle Primary School - Phase II

CPML has recently gained the property management contract of La Salle Primary School 2nd phase. CPML plans to promote the provision of comparable services to other secondary and primary schools as well as educational institutions.

Siu Wah Building

CPML gained the property management contract of Siu Wah Building in North Point for a period of 2 years, starting from 1 July 2006.

The CPML proposal, with value-added services and improvement plans, won more than 90% votes from the incorporated owners. This property management has become a milestone of CPML in gaining a standing on Hong Kong Island.
