The Group offers training programmes mainly in four areas which include management skills, project management, contract and business management as well as technical management. Besides, we have been validated by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) since 1999 as a "Scheme A" approved organisation with disciplines in Civil, Building and Building Services.
The Elite Training Programme is another rigorous training programme designed to provide young engineers and quantity surveyors the opportunities to experience all aspects of construction, from design to project management to commercial management. The goal is to develop these talents to become future leaders of Chun Wo.
In addition, the Group offers training sponsorship to all staff members for encouraging self enhancement in a learning organisation.
