Quality Management System

Chun Wo is aimed at delivering the highest quality products to customers and has formulated a Quality Policy with the commitment to meet customer's needs, expectations and statutory requirements.

In line with the Quality Policy, a Quality Management System which complies with ISO 9001 : 2000 requirements is implemented in the Group to ensure the fulfillment of our commitment.

The Group continually improves the effectiveness of its management activities, resources provision, product realisation monitoring and measurement method of the Quality Management System, which includes:

a) identifying the processes needed for its operations and their application throughout the organisation;

b) determining the sequence and interaction of processes;

c) determining criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and management of these processes are effective;

d) ensuring the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes;

e) ensuring monitoring, measurement and analyses of these processes, and

f) ensuring the implementation of actions which are necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

We will ensure the quality objectives in relevant functions of the company and conduct regular reviews to ensure their adequacy and initiate areas for continual improvement.
