Chun Wo E&M Engineering Ltd (Chun Wo E&M) was established in 1998 and focused in the provision of electrical & mechanical coordination, project management, and sub-contracting services to the full range of construction works including civil, residential, commercial and industrial building projects. Chun Wo E&M is registered to carry out E&M works including electrical, fire services, MVAC, plumbing and drainage installation in Hong Kong.
We are able to provide competitive services for subcontracting E&M installation and offer value added solutions in coordinating integrated and complex E&M system. We also offer comprehensive 'single point' of responsibility for the design and management of projects.
We had completed various types of projects, including the fire services and plumbing project for the Pacifica, the design and construction of E&M works for the residential project of No. 8 Clear Water Bay Road (Choi Hung Park & Ride development), the E&M works at the Westpoint and a commercial building at Des Voeux Road West; a residential development for Sinn Land in Yuen Long; and Grandeur Terrace in Tin Shui Wai, the KCRC West Rail Tin Shui Wai Station and KCRC East Rail Hung Hom Station modifications. Recently, we have participated in the projects of SkyPlaza of Hong Kong Airport Authority and an international theme park located at Penny Bay, Lantau Island.
We also expand our E&M services by the acquisition of Wing Cheong Electrical & Contracting Co., Ltd. in 2006.
