Chun Wo was established in 1968 and focused in the construction of buildings for private sector. Since then the Group expanded its horizon beyond private sector to wider range of buildings for the public sector. The types of building works the Group undertakes include government and institutional buildings, office, residential and industrial buildings, hospitals, schools, fire stations, sports complexes and markets.
Our representative works include the construction of Grand View Garden with 2,230 residential units, Grandeur Terrace which is the largest Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS) project with 4,100 residential units. With the extensive use of precast construction, it attracted much attention from many developers and business counterparts.
Recently, the Group succeeded in gaining a private property development project - No. 8 Clear Water Bay Road - MTRC Choi Hung Park & Ride Development at the former Ping Shek bus terminus site. In addition to residential units, the 56-storey development will feature a five-floor shopping mall, an eight-floor car park with more than 500 parking spaces, and a clubhouse with swimming pools.
Besides, the Group has constructed various prestigious residential buildings such as the Legend, the Bel Air, the Pacifica , Vianni Cove and Princeton Tower, etc .
