The proposed development comprises the construction of 27-storey building including 2-storey basement, 4-storey podium with retail and 21-storey commercial tower. The building is about 43 x 45 m overall on plan and reduces to about 30 x 36 m on plan above level 3. The structure is generally reinforced concrete, load bearing walls, columns and beams framing with slabs. The external walls are mainly curtain wall, window wall, glass cladding, metal cladding, external tiling, textured spray paint, aluminum windows, louvers, glass doors, balustrades, green features with canopy, etc. The typical storey height is 4.35m for tower block and the area of the Site covered by the tower is about 885 m2. Total covered floor area (CFA) is approximately 24,512m2.
